Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vahanz platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all registered clients and their authorised users.

Vahanz provides a logistics management platform that enables clients to book cash-on-delivery (COD) courier shipments through Delhivery, including multi-piece shipments, schedule pickups, track shipment status, generate shipping documentation, and reconcile COD settlements. Vahanz acts as a technology intermediary; actual courier and delivery services are provided by Delhivery.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Only persons authorised by their business may book shipments or access account and settlement functions.
• Vahanz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• All shipments are COD. Delhivery collects the COD amount from the consignee and remits it to Vahanz.
• Freight is charged per your agreed per-client, per-weight-tier pricing. Your net payout for each shipment is the COD collected less the applicable freight charge.
• Delhivery issues its freight invoice after delivery, and the billed weight may differ from the declared weight. Final freight is reconciled on Delhivery's actual billed weight, and any difference is reflected in your settlement.
• Settlement statements are generated per client; payouts are made per the agreed settlement schedule. Vahanz does not store card or bank-account credentials.
• GST and other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

You must not use the Service to ship:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, or prohibited substances.
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Items prohibited under applicable Indian or international law.

Vahanz reserves the right to cancel any shipment and forfeit the associated freight charge if a prohibited item is discovered.

Vahanz is a technology platform and not a courier company. Courier liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is governed by Delhivery's own terms and conditions. Vahanz's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the freight amount paid for the shipment in dispute.

All software, trademarks, and content on the platform are the property of Vahanz Logistics. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
